  • Cannot Have More Than One Account

Before the most recent update, I successfully had 2 accounts (personal and work) on my system. After update, only one account opens and syncs. Going to preferences > accounts > add an account fails In addition, it seems I can no longer add my Office365 account to OneDrive. After completely uninstalling and reinstalling, I attempted to 'Sign In'. After submitting my corporate / 365 email address, the app fails

One of my OneDrive accounts was removed and I cannot add it back (or any other second account).
  • Too many sync errors

The app simply isn't reliable. It will work great for months then suddenly stop entirely, with all documented "fixes" failing. It's also hard to get reliable information from Microsoft about the Mac app issues. When it works, OneDrive is pretty decent. But when you have to spend hours upon hours fixing issues a couple times, or more, per year it loses credibility.
  • Add Account Crashes

After the Mac 11.6 update, onedrive only syncs 1 account. It will only let me login to my personal account and will not let me sign into my business account. Everytime I click the "add account" from preference the preference window just closes. There is an issue with the app and 11.6 as of Sept 14. I contacted onedrive support, but was told I had to use the business account support since the "consumer" side doesn't work with the business side. Odd that they both use the same app, but support isn't able to help.

Wasn't syncing and said I may need to update to the latest version of the app. I did that and now the app won't even open.
