It takes about 20 different steps to setup and record an incoming call which causes for extremely awkward phone calls. When someone calls a banner should appear. If you want to record that call you should be able to click the banner and start the recording. You can see the laziness in how this app was developed.

I got this app to check out and it worked great but I canceled to auto renewal. It still billed me for it and for a year. Any way I can get my money back?

I have gone into my Apple subscriptions and the app itself and there is no where you can cancel! My friend who downloaded the “free” trial is experiencing the same!

I wanted to try this app out and did the free trial and cancelled it a day or 2 later. Now it tries to charge my apple account every month and it’s something I cancelled. I try to go into my subscriptions to change it now and only show paid options. I called Apple Support and they said I had to contact developer or pay for a service I never used and made sure to cancel. Now it’s been 3 months where I can’t use my Apple ID to purchase anything for my kids on any Apple Store or ITunes because of this “Free trial app” I had to go as far as creating a new ID and was locked out of my computer for not having my old Apple ID not yet setup for account recovery. This is a nightmare I wish would end!

The app works fine for me, but I signed up for the 1-year plan to get the 7-day free trial. They immediately billed my card! Thankfully Apple gave me a refund. Very deceptive.
