We became Nashville’s leading source of news because we know this: If it’s important to you, it’s important to us. Music, jobs, faith, transportation, government, health care, business, growth, education, the Predators and the Titans and your high school football team down the street. Our investigative reporters work to make this a better place to live and our columnists celebrate those who already are. It’s all in our name. We believe in Tennessee. We stand for Tennessee. We are Tennesseans. APP FEATURES: • Access all of the Tennessean’s in-depth coverage—every article, photo, and video. • Enjoy a streamlined, fast-loading experience that makes it easy to view the stories, photos, and videos that matter to you. • Get breaking news, sports scores, and weather alerts with real-time notifications tailored to your interests. • Customize your experience by saving your favorite stories, adjusting text size, using night mode, or reading offline. SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION: • The Tennessean app is free to download and all users can access a sampling of free articles every month. • For unlimited access to all content, subscribe now and get 3 months for just 99¢ per month ($9.99/month after), or $69.99 annually. • Full newspaper format

    By pjkpf
I do not want to have to click on story after story. I want to see the newspaper in an original format from page 1 forward. How can I do that?
  • Worst app

    By bmactenn1
This app is not user friendly. I am a subscriber to The Tennessean, but I cannot log into stories that are “for subscribers only.” When I try to log in as a subscriber, I get into a maze of “restoring” my purchase, creating a free account, etc., and then it just stops and endlessly “buffers.” I’m done.
  • Paid subscriber, yet not getting access

    By OBRNinTN
I paid for a digital subscription last week, yet every.single.time I try to read an article it tells me I’m not a subscriber. I have verified I am logged in.
  • Web Version

    By Dissappointed in Tennessean
But web version keeps asking me to purchase when I’ve already purchased. Very irritating!
  • Convoluted access

    By RamDoRide
I’m having to use the app again as my daily paper has not been delivered as of 8:43. In order to report this delivery issue, I have to jump through hoops to find the account page. Terribly user unfriendly on this issue.
  • There’s a lot to appreciate in this app

    By TamTKat
This is easy to navigate and gives you options and categories to browse. It lets you clear the cache too.
  • Great app

    By CCYC Serenity
This is perfect for getting updates and essential everyday news.
  • Great resource

    By Jg138
Works well, not expensive, and more convenient than a paper subscription.
  • Best local journalism around

    By Kristina in STL
After a year of living in Tennessee, we finally subscribed. We are so glad we did. The reporting is helping us know and understand our new region better. It’s been an excellent reminder that print journalism offers the most informative and unbiased news around.
  • won’t let me log in to my account

    By Dermerat23
On my desktop Mac I had no problems, but on my iphone the login page won’t ever finish loading, or loads but then immediately goes blank. This is even with all content blockers turned off and cross-site tracking allowed. Looks like maybe someone at The Tennessean really wants to play hardball against users who might use any kind of privacy settings at all…seems like a very hostile, self-defeating approach to running a business 🤦‍♂️
