I'm finding it difficult to resolve my issue on line when it should be much simpler. My subscription ends October of next year (confirmed on my account info) but current issues are missing in my library. No reason alt all.
  • Best weekly magazine I've ever read

Of the 14 magazines I subscribe to across a range of topics (sports, news, health, etc), this is hands down the most enjoyable and informative. I'm surprised at how inexpensive it is.

There is something really odd about a company that has a VERY serious and publicly visible customer service problem like The Week has had for now several years. I am a paper subscriber who struggles constantly with my app failing to recognize my login. Look at the other reviews. Other than the 5-star fan-boys, almost every reviewer struggles with the same problem. I’ve just moved from Android to iPhone and it’s even worse over there. I somehow thought it was due to bugs in just the App. I can now only conclude that a percentage of paper subscribers give in and take out a second digital subscription, and the money they loose to a heavy customer support load is less than they think they are getting from subscribers paying for two subscriptions. I wish they would just have two tiers of paper subscriptions and stop with the fiction that you can get a “free” digital subscription. Oh, and the Trumpist nut bag complainers are right, their point of view is not treated as legit. …get used to it, it’s the way the a certain point of left wing view is treated as well (what the I would call a pseudo-Christian Democrat euro-socialist view w/a more moderate emphasis on strident identity politics of race and LGBTQ) The Week’s masthead looks suspiciously white for them to be calling this out constantly.

I always read a soft-copy of The Week. I particularly enjoy Mr. Falk’s editorials. If you could figure out how to automate Sudoku and the crossword puzzle via an app, or coordinating with some other app vendors, I would gladly give you 5 stars and save the world of one more thrown-away mag every week. And maybe you give me a discount as well?

I fastidiously read the daily The Week postings and relish the weekly The Week. The news is factual, with ample inclusion of diverse points of view. I find the opinions spot on, and the cartoons are a marvelous way to experience the cut-and-slash of cartoonists.
  • Love The Week, but disappointed

I look forward every week to the arrival of The Week. I find articles informative, interesting and concise. I have subscribed for many years. I am really disappointed in how very very expensive a subscription has become. My husband and I use to gift subscriptions to family and friends, but WAY out price range now. Having second thoughts about our yearly subscription too
