    I’ve had my accounts for over a year going on two years and kept one refuses to lower. My interest rate 30% interest is asinine so in return I refused to use my cards anymore and and will only just pay the bills every month and that’s it will not make any purchases on the accounts anymore. That includes all of my capital one accounts which are multiple.

    The lady to help me out with my concerns about something that I had ordered online and they didn’t know if it sure was my So the bank had sent me a text message to see if that was me ordering online and I responded immediately to the text to let them and reassure them. Yes it was me. The lady was extremely professional and explained everything legible so I understood and I do appreciate her help. She was absolutely wonderful. Thank you, Capital One.
  • Terrible communication

    They block me from my account over 3 months ago. They finally took the money out of my account on may 16th from a miscommunication on a transaction. I am behind on my hills. An I still haven’t received the remaining amount of my money that was left in my account. So now it’s going on 4 months and they still haven’t given me my hard earned money. An everytime I call nobody can give me a strait answer, on when I’m going to get my money.

    I was thrilled with C/O wen I had my android phone Fone cause I cud use pattern to enter but now that I have a iPhone I can’t use pattern anymore I’m stuck using only password or Face ID, but on the plus side I add an unauthorized use of my card on Memorial morning at which time I was alerted by app, so I logged in locked the card and called CS and they cancelled card. Way to go Capital One thank u
