Find your family, control your child’s screen time and manage their phone use. Features * Locate Family – Track your child on demand or on a regular schedule, for example every day after school * Location Alerts - Receive alerts when your child enters or leaves a location, like school or practice. * Location History - Review where your child has been over the previous seven days. * Limit Screen Time – Block your child’s mobile data and Wi-Fi, on demand or on a schedule you choose. * Content Filters – Block inappropriate Apps and websites by age or customize your own settings. * Web and App Activity (NEW) – Timestamp history of child’s App usage and Websites visited. AT&T Secure Family is free for the first 30 days. After the first 30 days, you will be billed $7.99 each month (includes support for up to 10 lines). Service auto renews every 30 days unless cancelled. AT&T Secure Family Companion App AT&T Secure Family is designed to work with the AT&T Secure Family Companion, a free app in the App Store. Pair your kid’s phone with your phone to get better location accuracy and all the features. AT&T Wireless customers – pairing with AT&T Secure Family Companion is recommended to get all the features of Secure Family. If you do not pair a device, features are limited to AT&T network-based location, scheduled location alerts and location history. Only authorized app users have permission to locate a family member. - There is a compatibility conflict that can prevent the addition of AT&T Secure Family Companion to your companion device if you have AT&T Mobile Security Plus running on the same companion device.     With AT&T you can't seem to make separate logins for the users on the account. Once you type your account number it links to the existing account/email address. Because you only have one account then the app can be controlled by the child. If this is supposed to work another way I can't figure it out and I manage an IT department for a software company!

    AT&T should be ashamed of themselves. Sometimes location is off by a miles or so. I used a free app with better tracking than this garbage.

    It makes my internet slow. I can’t open any links. I hate it. And never get it or your kids won’t be able to open basic things like education apps.

    Great app to locate kids, get alerts when they leave an area and monitor and filter inappropriate content. One thing that is lacking is social media alerts for any suspicious behaviors. Parents would like to know if any dangerous behavior or bullying is being directed at their children on social media sites and Secure Family would be a lot more valuable if it could provide parents with this insight. But overall it's a very useful app.

    Very frustrating. Trying to use this app and it won’t allow me to sign in. Keep getting a message that says “whoops! Something went wrong…. Please try again” so I tried again…. And again…. And again. I called customer support and was transferred 3 times and talked to 3 different people who sit on their brains and wouldn’t take the time to help. This actually makes me want to switch phone companies all together. I really would like to be able to monitor my kids.

    When my kid upgraded their phone it stopped working and would never pair properly again (yes, we reset everything on the new phone). When my kid deleted the app I didn’t get a notification for weeks. Total waste of money.

    My child knows how to disable the app so what is the point if parents are trying to put some sort of security on their childrens phone. Parents should be the only ones to install and disables it.

    I have tried almost every app out there and this one is the best so far but it would be better if it was in bedded into the phone itself especially since it is an AT&T product. Additionally, the face ID and password functions don’t work if my team wanted to login and change the settings they were just have to grab my phone. Obviously that’s also a parenting issue but it would be a nice to have.

    If you accidentally entered your child’s phone number as the primary parent, you might as well call it quits because there’s no hope for you. You mean, you followed all the instructions of canceling, waiting 30 minutes, and signing back into your app, only to find your child’s phone number as primary parent? LoL!! Don’t call AT&T because you will turn blue. They will tell you that it’s Apple’s issue and of course Apple will tell you that it’s AT&T issue. As an IT professional myself, I’ve never seen an app in which a primary owner of accounts and it’s mobile devices not have any control on changing any setting on any app that they own. Cancel and save your $7.99 a month. It’s not worth it!

    This app states it is both “Free” and only $3.99/month. Upon installation iOS version states $7.99 / month. That is after the user self identifies their phone number and log in. I pay way too much for AT&T service and this should be part of that package, not an extra cost. I would rather pay Lockdown or other tunneling vpn rather than trust a telco with my data considering AT&T’s race to the bottom and anti privacy efforts.
