    I originally got the app because at 150 points you got a free drink… I was happily spending money to get a free drink. Now it’s 200 points and because of that I really don’t care to use the app or spend money with starbucks the same.

    Prices should really be shown in the product menu. I would not order something in-store or at a drive-thru without first knowing the price. Not having them shown really comes off as sneaky. I order from here a few times a month, for years now, and all I can say is that prices keep increasing and I enjoy their drinks. I want to know the price in the app. The “Stars” rewards are also a nice benefit, I’ve used them in the past to add a shot of espresso to my drinks, but the way they market these is also sneaky. It’s usually along the lines of “buy 3 mochas in the next 7 days to receive 100 bonus stars”. Now I’m all up for just saying no to marketing which seems kind of predatory, but the reality is that the marketeers behind these campaigns want more of your money. Stay safe.

    It’s great to order with the app but not being able to feedback on issues with the pick up or drink is inconvenient.

    I love this app and I love Starbucks but the one suggestion I do have is that you don’t have the points expired because it’s really annoying. If you think you have points or like I’m gonna go get the strength and then you find out your points expire so I do think you shouldn’t have this thing on your app but other than that this app is literally what I recommend.

    Developers, I use zoomed view and can barely see the amount I have in my card. The amount section can easily be placed somewhere else.

    Starbucks increased the number of reward points you need to get a crafted drink from 150 to 200 points. A 25 percent increase to greedy and absurd they already increased their price. And their free coffee coupon is only good for one day which also give you no flexible….it like Starbucks is hoping you won’t use it. I couldn’t because on my birthday I already spend the morning at the hospital and was really to sleep by 2 because of the chronic illness I have. However I felt good the day before my birthday and the day after and I can’t use that free drink coupon anymore……bad greedy business Starbucks. It should at least be valid for a few days.

    I absolutely love this app, that is undeniable. I use it every single day. BUT, if there was an option to cancel an order that was made by mistake that would be 🤌🏽!! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been in a rush and ordered to my usual store, but meant to order at a different store 😩
