    Placed an order on the app and the only thing open was the drive through and it’s 15 vehicles deep.. this is way too long to wait for ice cream and no option to use the lobby for pickup

    I have complained several times but they just won’t fix it. It used to work. It tells me I’m a little far from the store. It’s only 5 miles. I can add a reward but it won’t let me check out with it. It doesn’t ask for drive thru but they do have one. I’ve been going to Burger King until they fix it. Besides that they charge for lettuce on the $7 meal deal! Come on folks! Fix your app so I can come back!

    The APP will not let you use your deals! This has happened every time I order! 6 times since I got the app also do it on my husband App also!!!

    Our blizzards were great! But I ordered on the app & still waited in line to get our order (there’s no clear direction of where you pick up a mobile order). The owners seemed to be the only ones working so we waited an additional 10 minutes after our estimated time we were quoted on the app & a total of about 15 mins in line.

    I placed 2 cheeseburgers orders online on Saturday pickup time was 6:28 & 6:30. I picked the order up but was not given a cup for Soda nor given sofa. When I tried to call DQ no one answers/& a fax tone comes on.
