    Apparently my account is attached to an old phone number. But the app and website won’t let me do anything except send a verification code to my old phone number…

    Updating my review to say I now dislike this app. Tracking especially from Amazon fails regularly. Many items tracked aren’t identified and aren’t tracked if they are boxed with other items. Connection to Amazon is lost daily so no updates are made. This is one huge advertisement for buying stuff from them with a tiny link to package tracking. Nearly all pages are 99% advertising and 1% or less actual tracking app. Huge disappointment. I’m changing apps and deleting this one.

    I do not like all my purchases being tracked by one app. I do not like all of my card information stored. I do not like that I can’t delete this app or my account.

    This app used to work good. Now I get at least one notification a day asking me to re-sign in with my amazon account. I’ve literally had to do this for the last two weeks straight. They need to fix this issue because it is quite annoying

    I have to reconnect my Amazon account daily. Not sure what’s going on, but this did happen in the past and it gets super irritating.

    When I go into the app Amazon logs out, then I reconnect then it logs out right after.

    Was a good app for tracking my purchases. But now random orders I never made keeps popping up and gets annoying. And my Amazon account keeps getting disconnected. I would reconnect but as soon as I leave the app it gets disconnected.

    Sorry, but I have downloaded the app and I have had to constantly log in and re-Log in. I’m not sure why you have to go to this app to see tracking. I cannot see anything after the first login which did show 1 order, but then nothing else. I guess I will be surprised when my order shows up. I give up!!

  • Pretty pointless

    I’m not sure what app other reviewers are using but my experience has differed greatly. Almost immediately I started getting ad emails from them for shopping deals, followed by emails for tracking orders that were delivered over a year ago. I also keep getting emails for a current order saying I can track it every step of the way but all it will tell me is that it has shipped. So no, I can’t really track it at all. I don’t understand the point of an app that won’t let you track your order and that posts items for sale that just redirect you to the seller… seems pointless to me.
