  • Fraud Charges

    By The Upcomer
I was trying this app out and it seemed pretty basic and limited so the app offered a trial premium period. So last night I tried the trial and was wondering if I may like it more, well I wake up and have a charge in my Apple Purchases of$129 and that is not okay. I don't know why trail subscription make companies think they can just go ahead and charge you the moment you opt in but I will be disputing this big time.
  • Good Concept, Horrible Execution

    By raygood
Not worth your time or effort. Better results, scratch that. Far better results are easy using alternative methods. Blocks should stay in Kindergarten where they belong.
  • Won’t open on my iPad

This app looks very interesting but will not open. When I try it only shows the opening logo and then crashes. Any help would be appreciated.
  • I WAS loving it until….

    By sweet&sours
Okay…updating this to say I still love it. Here’s the catch. It had logged me out. I tried to log back in, and that apparently wasn’t what I signed up with. Long story short I had to set up a new free account only to log out - so it would bring me to a log in screen (instead of being stuck in a set up loop), so I could sign in with the appropriate log in. In the end, I had to set up a third website for a podcast I’m starting anyways. The founder himself got back to me and sent someone from the company to reach out directly. I’d say that’s great customer service. So the five stars stay put! Thanks, Joe! You made it a great experience.
  • Good concept, but so limited. Please improve.

    By ShiningLikeTheSun
The concept is great, but the design options are incredibly limited. It’s very difficult to make a decent-looking website. You can’t use custom colors, you can’t layer elements. The size change between one block to another is far too drastic. Sometimes text boxes will turn into something you have to scroll through after publishing, and you wouldn’t know unless you happen to bump into it on the published website. I want to keep using this badly, but I can’t have such a limited (and, honestly, ugly) website. Also, the grid makes it so that if you put items next to each other they basically always touch. Confusing to the eye.

I thought it was too good to be true… and it was. You get to the point where you choose the template for the website, after (of course!) you have given your information, only to be told that you have to pay. NO FREE OPTION. I mean I get you made the app to get rich maybe but come on, $500 for an”lifetime” membership?? I’ll stick to my desktop. I guess human courtesy is out of the question. Thanks!
  • The way shipping works on here is just draining

    By melleemakesthings
I love this app, it has helped me expand my business loads and I’ve even been featured on your Instagram before, but I’m practically begging y’all at this point to add a feature where people can pay for shipping when they purchase something. I’m also begging you even harder to find a way to allow mass printing of shipping labels because going through 170 orders and single handedly filling out the weight for the same item for a different order every single time leads me to burnout. It would be so easy if the weight of the items was already coded in when I list it to be paid for. I just sat down for 2 hours making/printing shipping labels and it’s making me want to just switch to Shopify or go back to Depop since their labels are premade.
