    This app is worse than the old one. Forces you to use the bot. Main screen are cards that change at the whim of xfinity.
  • Missing UI at the bottom of app

    The help section says I should have UI at the bottom of the app, but there is nothing so I cannot perform modem/router restarts. All I can do is look up my app and pay my bills…not very helpful for the customer, but helpful for Xfinity in collecting their money. This app is terrible.

    App is solely focused on selling more product instead of helping existing users fixe their problems. On top of that, the app is incredibly slow and not intuitive to use.

    Choosing the right provider for us has been like Alien vs Predator, no matter who we choose we lose. Customer Service is always pleasant to talk with and they do try to best assist us. However, our WiFi is terrible no matter who we choose. XFINITY has just been a tad better than the rest. We’ve been told it’s our location but everyone around us has enjoyed their service.

    One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. I used this app to add cable to my current plan. It provided me access immediately to stream cable using a separate app. Out of the blue, and two days after upgrading my plan, an Xfinity agent called and informed me that they would be canceling our agreement and wanted to make me sign a new contract. Presumably a bait and switch thing. However, because Xfinity unilaterally canceled my cable, I would not sign a new agreement. Why would I when I already had a contract and everything was working. I had my confirmation email. When I called customer service they just waisted my time and transferred me from department to department trying to sell me higher priced plans and equipment. Xfinity generally has monopolized geographical areas, but if you have a choice in internet or cable I would steer clear of Xfinity and their app. Buyer be ware. This app and company are the worst company to deal with and will try and change agreements to make more profit.
