    this is coming from a minor who has saferkid on their phone. personally i hate this app i understand parents want to keep us safe but this is not the way talk to your kid or something just please don’t use this it’s ruined my relationship with my parents i don’t trust them and they don’t trust me.

    we set it up and a couple times had to fix configuration issues. but once that was solved it just said texts would show up in 24 hours. they never did which is ok since the app is so expensive

    I did not want this service anymore. In order to log back into it to try to remove it from my child’s phone because I have to reset a password I have to pay the 200 for the year. I want the app that halfway worked removed and no blocking me from resetting her password. The app it’s self didn’t send have the text and was more of a pain to deal with

    There is no customer service number. I was charged for the full year before 7 day trial was up. Once the kids delete the text, it doesn’t show up. I just want a refund of my $199 please.

    I have used this in previous years and paid monthly and 6 months at a time. I decided with my next phone user coming up to pay for the yearly package. What a crock!!! It hasn’t worked since! I’ve read every Q&A done everything possible option. Even removed it and put it back on. Nope says it’s up to date and good to go. Yet none of the new messages or apps are updating the messages. There are so many work around a for the disabled apps feature it’s unreal. My kids didn’t even know I had shut them off. Sad!! There was no way to cancel early or get a refund! It’s a rip off

  • Can’t see all pictures

    I paid for this app in August and have sent many emails that I’m not able to see all the pictures my child sends and receives. It’s almost December and I still haven’t received help. I do love that you can shut down all the apps on your child’s phone remotely, but you can’t isolate which apps get shut down. So unfortunately, the other monitoring app (Life360) on my kid’s phone gets shut down when I shut off her screen time. So this is not a great feature. Also, there is a 3 day delay in seeing my kid’s texts. So for three days, I can’t see her conversations. If she erases texts, I can’t ever see those. The concept of the app is great, but there are a ton of glitches to fix. Support team is very responsive but unable to fix anything. They just offer refunds.

    I paid 199$ for the app. I would expect way more for that kind of money. It did not ever update information correctly, throughly, or In a timely fashion. Even though the app said it was updated, no new messages would ever show up. Sometimes there’s days would go by for messages to show up in the app, that I sent! Does not work like I had hoped even with help from the company. I would not recommend
